Support for your family through the Healthy Start scheme

If you are pregnant or have a child under four, you may be eligible for the NHS Healthy Start scheme. It provides a pre-paid card that is topped up every four weeks to help you buy fruit, vegetables, milk and other healthy food and essential vitamins.

Regular use of the scheme can provide over £1300 of support per child from pregnancy to until their fourth birthday.
