This workshop focuses on the second priority identified by the Nourishing Gloucester Forum – Surplus and Distribution.

It will be an opportunity for organisations across the city to discuss the potential of working with local businesses to reduce food surplus and explore how we can enable community organisations to access surplus food.

The Nourishing Gloucester Forums are open and inclusive spaces to address issues and explore solutions.
