Trinity Rooms Community Hub

We have a community pantry which includes a fridge, freezer and dried/tinned and packet goods. Items are available on a pay as you can basis.

We also have a pay as you can community cafe on Fridays and a repair cafe on the last Saturday of each month.

We hold information to signpost people to other services.

Access: We are open to all

GL11 Community Hub

GL11 Community Hub is a friendly, welcoming space.

Our aim is to bring people together and to help them make connections with each other.

We believe that this will create a stronger community where everyone feels included. We run a range of different activities and opportunities to learn and which are fun, inclusive and encourage friendship and support when you are facing problems.

Access: You must first register as a member by speaking to our Community Receptionist. Membership is free. There are no restrictions on who can access our service. Membership for the Community Pantry is open to anyone who needs it! We do keep an eye on eligibility and this is measured at the point of joining - we want to make sure that help is going to the people who need it the most. When you ring for the first time, you will be asked a few simple questions by our Community Receptionist. For example where you live and will ask you about your current financial situation. Please ring us if you would like this explained in more detail

HNM are an independent foodbank.

Free Parcels are available to anyone in need, with an additional paid parcel option of £4 for 10 items for anyone who would like to take that up.

HNM can also signpost to other services and support

West Cheltenham Community Food Pantry

WCP is a small charitable community food pantry. The pantry is set up like a small shop offering a variety of basic food products, including, fresh meat, frozen food, dairy products, long life shelf items, fruit and vegetables and hygiene products. WCP offer a food support service to anyone in the local area who may be experiencing food poverty and is struggling to get enough food to eat. If eligible, you can book an appointment to sign up and become a member of the pantry and shop once a week. Members are able to choose a set number of items from the pantry. It is a food top up in times of financial hardship.

The West Cheltenham Pantry can sign post members to other support organisations if requested.

Access: *Membership is restricted to one application per household. *Membership is only available to individuals or families who are facing financial hardship. *WCP can only accept members who are living in the local area whereby WCP is the closest food pantry to applicants home address. * Individuals or families can only join 1 Cheltenham Food Pantry, and this will normally be the pantry closest to the home address.

Cost: £4.00 per shop, cash or card accepted. Item allowance: Maximum of 2 Items from the chilled /frozen area in total. Maximum of 8 Items from the shelving areas in total. Free fruit and vegetables dependent on weekly availability. Free short dated food items dependent on weekly availability located in the free areas. Free female sanitary/ period products.

FoodCycle offer free hots meal to people across Gloucester – everyone is welcome to join us once a week for a meal. No need to bool just pop along and join us.

We provide fresh vegetarian meals made from surplus food.

Community Cafe

Community Roots CIC have re-opened the cafe in Gloucester Park. The cafe will be a community led venture, aiming to keep the cost of drinks and snacks affordable.

Starting with 3 sessions a week we will be serving hot and cold drinks and a range of snacks.
