Barney’s Pantry

We are a community pantry.

We may be able to support with dietary requirements such as vegan, dairy-free, gluten free, allergies, halal and kosher – please contact the pantry to discuss this with us.

We offer signposting to support organisations.

Geographic Area: Gloucester wide

Opening Times: 2pm - 6pm

Membership Model

Cost: People can access 3 emergency food parcels and then membership costs £3 to join, which includes your first 10/12 items and £1.50 a week for 10/12 items

Springbank Community Group CIC

Springbank Community Group run a community hub in the Springbank area of Cheltenham.

They run a Food Pantry, a Community Cafe, Cheltenham Household Essentials Project and a variety of social clubs.

They also undertake Commissioned Youth Work and are involved with School Holiday Projects.

Springbank Community Group CIC are proud to be a member of the Feed Cheltenham network of Community Food Pantries across the borough of Cheltenham. They are a food bank referrer and also have a Community and Wellbeing Coordinator.

The Community Cafe is ran entirely by volunteers from the community. Community supporting community is the foundation of everything we do at Springbank Community Group CiC. The money that is made through our sales in the cafe directly supports our other community projects, as well as ensuring the cafe continues to bring you the best possible food and drink at the most affordable prices.

Springbank Community Group CIC

Springbank Community Group CIC operates a Community Pantry that is open 4 times a week and no referral is needed.

The pantry is part of the community hub where we also have a Community Cafe, alongside a variety of social clubs for people of all ages.

We are a food bank referrer and have a Community and Wellbeing Coordinator.

Access: The Pantry operates a membership model and it is £10 for 4 items.

Geographic Area: Predominantly West Cheltenham but not exclusively, we also provide deliveries within Cheltenham on a referral basis

Opening Times: Tuesday to Thursday 9am - 12pm and Tuesday 5-6pm

Paganhill Community Group

Our Food Hubs are open on a’ pay as you’ can basis twice a week, as well as hot food in our cafe once a week.

Access: Residents who are experiencing Food Poverty. The cafe and Food Hubs also welcome those who can pay to assist us in providing this food provision.

Geographic Area: Paganhill, Stroud and surrounding areas.

Opening Times: Monday 10-2pm. Wednesdays 10-5pm Friday 9.30-2pm
